Hello from Alicia

Alicia is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience in preventative medicine. She graduated with a degree in complementary medicine and medical systems from Charles Sturt University, Australia and obtained association membership with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).

The focus of Alicia’s clinical approach is to identify the cause of problems, with respect to allergies, diet, micronutrient status, lifestyle and energetic changes. This tailored approach she has found highly successful at tackling the majority of chronic medical ailments. The style of naturopathic medicine she offers is evidenced-based whilst taking into account, patient-lived experience. Alicia is an advocate for changing our current healthcare model to one that is dedicated to prevention and improved management of complex, chronic disease.

Prior to joining Chi Tree Health, Alicia held senior client facing roles at Ignite Heal, The Australian Centre for Genomic Analysis, and the Blackmores Group.

Chi Tree Health brings together experts in preventative healthcare and wellbeing. As a team, we’re here to share our professional experience in an evolutionary way to help our clients take control of their health. Clients can expect sustainable results; expect to feel amazing and build resilience for whatever life throws at you.

Sticking to a healthy diet can be hard for anyone, including myself. One unhealthy habit can quickly create a domino effect onto others. Whenever I go off-track with diet, exercise or lifestyle, I do a reset by looking at my sleep patterns first. Waking up feeling refreshed relieves the tension from the body that we normally seek relief from in the form of unhealthy food and drinks.
